It also explains how our app, AIVPC Uploader, uses Google API Services.

Information you send us through the contact form
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, company, the service you need and your project details. When you submit it, the form is sent through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service, which delivers it to our Gmail inbox. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to provide our services. If you email us directly, we use your message and email address in the same way.
Hosting and technical data
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and keep the site secure, Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and request details. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which may receive your IP address. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare also adds its Web Analytics script to our pages. It gives us aggregate statistics about visits and page performance (for example page views and load times), and it does not set cookies. We do not run any other analytics, we do not use advertising trackers, and we do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
Embedded YouTube videos
Some pages may embed YouTube videos using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When an embedded video loads or plays, YouTube (a Google service) may collect information under the Google Privacy Policy.
Client project materials
If you hire us, we use the materials you share with us, such as lesson content, scripts, brand assets, images and other information, only to produce your videos.
Social media
If you message us or comment on our social media accounts, we use what you send to reply to you. The platforms themselves (for example Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and X) process that information under their own privacy policies.
Google API Services and AIVPC Uploader
AIVPC Uploader is our internal app. It uses the YouTube Data API only to upload and manage videos on AVPC's own YouTube channel. It does not access, collect, store or share other users' Google data. The only Google account it is used with is the account that manages AVPC's channel.
AVPC's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
By using YouTube features, you are also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Access granted to the app can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
How we share information
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with the service providers needed to run the site and our business as described above (Cloudflare, including its hosting and Web Analytics; FormSubmit; and Google services such as Gmail, Google Fonts and YouTube), or when the law requires it.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for our business, for example to answer your inquiry, deliver and support your project, and keep basic business records. When we no longer need it, we delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing aivideoproductioncompany@gmail.com.
Children
This site and our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
