Services and quotes
Every project is quoted to its scope, so pricing is a custom quote for each project. The scope, deliverables and price for your project are set out in your quote or agreement.
Revisions
Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions after that may add to the cost.
Turnaround
Depending on demand, we can often deliver videos within 7 days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and timing depends on demand and on the project.
Ownership of finished videos
You own the rights to your finished video. AVPC may use the work as an example in our portfolio and marketing.
Materials you provide
You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and any permissions needed for the materials you give us to use, such as scripts, lesson content, images, logos, brand assets, music, and any names or likenesses of people. You agree not to provide materials that infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.
AI-generated content
Our videos are made with generative AI. AI-generated visuals, voices and scenes are illustrations: they may not exactly depict real people, places or events, and they can contain errors or imperfections. Please review every draft carefully, including facts, names and wording, before approving it. You are responsible for checking that the final video is accurate and suitable for how you plan to use it.
Site content is provided "as is"
The content on this site is provided for general information, "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AVPC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
